Human chakras and their disclosure: meaning and methods. How easy it is to develop the chakras. Sharing my experience

If you decide to deal with the energy centers, which are in many ways important for our energy and health, you should understand that this issue is very extensive. The best way to study it is through books - including the book written by Pond David "Chakras for Beginners". However, basic information about the chakras can be found right now, from this article.

Chakras for beginners

Chakras are energy centers that are located along the spinal column. Each of them is responsible for the functioning of specific organs and systems of the human body. In order to be healthy and energetic, it is important to keep all your chakras open and unoppressed. True, the upper, seventh chakra, is not taken into account in this case: its opening is given to a few, mainly ascetics, masters of yoga.

The modern concept is found in the texts Paduka-panchaka and Shat-chakra-nirupana, which Woodroffe translated into The Serpent Power. The theory of chakras came to us from Hinduism and is based on the assertion that the life energy of Kundalini flows up the spinal column from bottom to top. It is for its free circulation, on which human health depends, that it is necessary to work on opening energy centers, because if there are obstacles in its path, it will not be able to maintain human energy at the proper level.

Which chakra to start with?

You always need to start working on the chakras from the bottom of them, and then consistently move up - this allows you to open them all and release the kundalini energy. Consider their names and sequence:

Muldahara

The first chakra of Muldahara, the lowest, is located in the perineum, at the base of the spine next to the genitals. Responsible for excretory function.

Swadhisthana

The second Svadhisthana chakra is located between the navel and the top of the pubic bone, usually two fingers below the navel. Responsible for the genitals.

Manipura

The third Manipura chakra is located exactly in the area of the solar plexus, it is responsible for the vital energy, the “I” of a person.

Anahata

The fourth Anahata chakra is located in the center of the sternum. She is responsible for the heart and tender feelings.

Vishuddha

The fifth chakra, Vishuddha, is located in the throat area. Responsible for the health of the throat, larynx and free creativity.

Ajna or third eye

Ajna chakra is located in the center between the eyebrows. Responsible for clairvoyance, peace.

Sahasrara

Sahasrara Chakra is located in the parietal region. This is the highest connection with the divine, accessible not to everyone.

Chakras should be opened sequentially, from the lowest to the highest. In the future, they should be filled with energy in the same sequence.

Chakras for beginners - energy storage

In order to open the chakra or fill it with energy, you can use simple meditation techniques. Working time with one chakra is about 15-20 minutes.

Practice until you feel the chakra. For some, this takes 5 minutes, for others, 5 weeks of daily meditation. Open all your chakras and support them with meditations - this will give you spiritual and physical health.

Breathing Meditation “Rainbow”. Chakras for beginners

A very useful exercise for adjusting the internal balance is the Rainbow Breathing Meditation. Its purpose is also considered to increase awareness, understanding the meanings of colors in accordance with the seven main chakras.

Stand straight with your legs slightly apart, hands in a natural position. Relax your shoulders and focus on your breathing, consciously relaxing your entire body from the top of your head to your toes. Breathe deeply through your nose, holding your breath for a few moments, and then exhale through your nose or mouth. As you exhale, imagine that any tension, negativity, and toxins are leaving you. If possible, do this exercise standing barefoot on the grass.

Use Affirmations: Speak either out loud or to yourself any concepts that can help you focus and avoid distraction of the mind. For example, red is the color of courage and strength, so you can tell yourself the following: “The energy of red fills my body and I have the strength and courage to move forward on my life path.” It doesn't matter what words you use as an affirmation, they will be unique to each person anyway. Just remember that they must be positive.

At the beginning, think about the color red and how it rises from the ground, while imagining that this energy is rising through your entire body. Allow the color to travel through your body from the bottom chakra to the top chakra and vice versa. Repeat similar affirmations as you work with the colors orange and yellow—their energies come from the earth. After that, go to green. This color is absorbed horizontally through the solar plexus, so let it fill your body and exit through your back. After it - blue, the energy of which comes from the sky, through the top of the head and returns to the sky again. Similar exercises apply to indigo and violet colors.

If you do this exercise daily, you will notice how your inner sense of colors develops and you will soon be able to visualize colors much more strongly. In addition, regular practice will help you bring balance back to your body.

Do not forget that colors are always present in your life, whether you like it or not. However, you have the opportunity to learn how to use and manage them. To do this, you need to remember the symbolic meanings of most colors, try to decorate your home and choose clothes in accordance with what you want to achieve at the moment the most.

In the esoteric tradition, it is believed that a person has not only a physical body, but consists of several bodies. The quality of our life and our ability to create depends on the state of these bodies.

Chakras are special energy centers that, on the one hand, strongly influence the work of subtle bodies, and, on the other hand, can serve as a source of information for diagnosing the states of these bodies.

The purpose of working with the chakras is to develop these subtle bodies.

Action plan

Consistent development of subtle bodies through work with energy centers - chakras.

Chakra Work for Beginners

Chakra(Sanskrit, lit. "circle", "wheel", "disk", "mandala") in spiritual practices - one of the centers of power and consciousness located in the internal (subtle) bodies of a person.

Most common system of major chakras- the one in which they stand out seven energy centers. There are esoteric traditions that deal with more or less of the major chakras.

Muladhara

Starting from the bottom The first chakra is Muladhara. Located in the groin area. The color is dark red.
Responsible for communication with the earth, reproduction, sex (purely technical, or mechanical desire).
Violation of the work of the chakra ("piercing", slang.) usually occurs through, in fact, sex and everything connected with it.
If “prostatitis” and “impotence” are repeated twenty times a day on TV, then the corresponding disorders appear in a certain part of men.

Penetration of the lower chakra threatens with impotence, prostatitis, female sexual diseases, complete focus on sex, unbridled thirst for pleasure. Passions live here, a lot of passions. Unbridled anger settled here too.
And most importantly, in this case it is almost impossible to raise the energy higher, so people begin to believe that there is nothing more interesting in life than how to “eat and have sex”.

Swadhisthana

The second is Svadhisthana. Orange color. It is located approximately 2 to 4 fingers below the navel.
Responsible for activity, including physical, for physical attractiveness. Roughly speaking, if you like a girl or a young man, then this is already according to svadhisthana, when you don’t just want to drag her to bed, but you already want to go dancing with her or go on a hike there.
Sports achievements are also at this level. Wherever "faster - higher - stronger" - the second chakra works there. It breaks through when they begin to make excessive demands on you: at work, at home, in creativity. If you can’t break out of the vicious circle in any way, move to another level, or to another quality, then you should most likely look for problems here.
The person feels that he is cornered. Or "turned" on their own body. Anorexia is another very extreme manifestation of the imbalance of this center.
Responsible for the overall dynamics of the process.

Additionally, on the second chakra - Svadhisthana. Distortions of character: unscrupulousness, deceit, impracticality, painful impressionability, envy, excessive touchiness. Low self-esteem, jealousy and anger also stem from it.
A normally working Svadhisthana gives health, longevity, a clear understanding of the processes taking place around. Gives strength to manage and organize.
The distortion, in addition to everything else, is also manifested in a painful desire for recognition, immortality, longevity and power. There is an acute desire to control others with the help of anger and pressure. Anger, restlessness, impatience in satisfying one's desires. Vanity and conceit develop, a person easily goes into quarrels and fights.
The other pole is lack of will, suspiciousness, inactivity.

Manipura

The third is Manipura, the solar plexus. Yellow color. Chakra of the sun, prosperity and well-being.
A developed manipura in a man means he is a good earner, a strong owner. A woman has a good housewife: house, cooking, children, dogs, cats, housekeeping. The main excess is stinginess, a manic craving for savings.
What scenarios can damage the correct operation of the energy center? If you tell a woman after tasting her food that she doesn't know how to cook. A man “breaks through” usually with his wife, who always “nags” that her husband is not able to clothe and feed his family. For an unmarried man, this is usually done by the father. There is even a sure sign for the unmarried: until you improve relations with your father, you won’t succeed financially, you won’t find a normal job. It is more difficult with married people: you need to re-educate your wife, explain in what way with your husband not only to talk, but even to think about him!

That is, the solar plexus is our wealth in the home and in society.
And yet, for women who are very actively involved in business, in fact, everything is not very good with this chakra. They lose themselves as women, begin to acutely hate the men who surround them. Men - housewives, of course, are also not a model of joy.
As a rule, a person who is not engaged in spiritual practices does not rise above this chakra.
Overvoltage, which occurs due to kinks in the manipur, as a rule, is fraught with cancer.
Imbalance in the work of manipura is reflected in the work of the liver, gallbladder (now just an epidemic of stones in the gallbladder), adrenal glands, pancreas, spleen.

Anahata

Vishuddha

The fifth chakra is Vishuddha. Throat. Blue color.
Responsible for the ability to clothe thoughts in words and sounds. And also turn the intention into a tangible thought form.
The ability to make friends is also in vishuddha. Moreover, this is already friendship in the highest sense of the word: with service, self-giving and self-sacrifice.
Favorite chakra of speakers, singers and just "balabols".
In this chakra there is a transition from prayer to meditation.
It is directly connected to the dream body, so all lucid dreams are through it.
The first stage of enlightened mind. At this level, moral, ethical and aesthetic attitudes are developed. Awareness of your thoughts, feelings and aspirations, and more importantly, your capabilities. It also gives the ability to bring their capabilities in line with their purpose. Gives the ability to objectively evaluate yourself and others and build the right relationships with the outside world, form the process of cognition and influence the course of what is happening.
With developed Vishuddha, the worries of the mind no longer cause anxiety. The intellect begins to move away from logic and superficial analysis.
Associated with the thyroid gland, mouth, teeth, esophagus, neck.
This is already so high that those around, in principle, affect the penetration of this chakra very indirectly. The most dangerous thing for Vishuddhi is lies and perjury.
Distortions: irritability, verbosity, fussiness, absent-mindedness, apathy, a tendency to depression, impaired memory, reduced intelligence. As well as absent-mindedness, laziness, lethargy of the mind, reasoning, excessive daydreaming, inactivity.

Ajna

The sixth chakra is Ajna. Third Eye. Color - blue.
In this place one realizes one's own divinity and the divinity of others. Becomes a spiritual leader.
It is connected with the brain, and is responsible for the harmonious work of the hemispheres. Also responsible for clairvoyance and mental perception. Worked in a few units.
The probability of receiving tangible harm to this chakra from another person is minimal. Therefore, take any “blow to the head” as a “fatherly cuff from the gods” (from higher planes).

Sahasrara

The seventh chakra is Sahasrara. The parietal region. Color - purple.
It is a conductor of the downward (cosmic) flow. Responsible for the complete enlightenment of the mind and the disclosure of the highest level of Divine Consciousness.

Associated with nervous system and medulla oblongata.

How to apply the technique of creativity

Chakra activation. Chakra work for beginners.

Everything starts from the moment of birth. The fact is that in girls from birth, Kundalini is deployed to Sahasrara itself. And, under favorable circumstances, remains in the upper chakra until the onset of puberty. During puberty, the energy descends to Anahata (heart chakra), where it remains under favorable circumstances, forever.
Our modern society is arranged in such a way that girls are constantly under very strong pressure in order to lower their energy from Anahata to Muladhara. And, I must say, it is very successful in this. But the thing is that once having gone down, it is almost impossible for a woman to go up again. Looping occurs on the three lower chakras: 1) Sex - diet, 2) fitness - grandmas 3) clothes.
You can rise up again only if the girl by nature has a very strong craving for spirituality, and only in the company of holy people and in a community actively engaged in spiritual practice. But, as a rule, girls who are configured for consumption are not interested in such nonsense. We’ll clarify right away that a “lonely hunter” will never lift a girl from the bottom in her life, but will only sink down after her. Why - we will say a little later. So the main task of a girl in this world is to remain at the level of the heart chakra by all means. This is her spiritual achievement.
Boys are born at the level of Muladhara and by themselves they will never rise above Manipura (solar plexus). And if nothing supernaturally beautiful happens in their life, then their destiny is a sex rocking chair, loot, i.e. Muladhara-Svadhisthana-Manipura.
The beauty of it is that you can tear Kundalini from the lower levels only with the help of Anahata (heart) energy, and until a person’s heart chakra starts to activate, it will not be possible to drag the energy up.

We will continue to dwell on each chakra separately, now general scheme:
A man can open the heart chakra in two ways.: actively engage in spiritual practices, preferably with a bias towards hermitage and severe asceticism, or find a woman who is still at the level of Anahata, such a woman very quickly pulls the man up to her level, after which a direct path to the top is open to him. And then the task of a man is to raise them both to the level of Sahasrara (ideally).
This is the interaction of male and female principles in the form in which it was "conceived from the beginning."

Moreover, if you follow the path of interaction between a man and a woman, then special austerities are not required, just the presence of a woman is enough to pull a man out of the swamp of consumerism.
In general, everyone chooses the path that they like best.

Now with regard to the chakras in more detail.
The first step is to start the ascent from Muladhara. And you need to start, oddly enough, with nutrition. Perhaps you already know about guna, but just in case, we repeat.
There are three gunas in which everything in the world resides. This - Tamas(ignorance), Rajas(passion) and sattva(goodness). Some teachers say that Tamas and Rajas are bad, but Sattva is good but it's not. They interact, and their interaction creates this world. It can also be said that Tamas is death, Rajas is perpetual motion, and Sattva is something like nirvana. If you take any of these gunas separately, then it will become absolutely destructive for the world, and so, the wheel is spinning for itself and spinning.
So, as it was said, everything in this world is in one or another guna: people, nations, foodstuffs, habitats, etc. Therefore, since the consumer society diligently pulls people down into tamas, and, at best, sometimes allows them to break out into rajas, a person needs to cultivate as much sattva as possible in himself with all his might.
In order to start breaking away from the lower chakra, which in its absolute manifestation is capable of dragging you to the very bottom, you first need to stop using tamasic products, or use them occasionally, or arrange regular fasts from them, at worst. It is clear that nothing is done immediately. It may take several years to move away from tamasic foods, but you need to show determination.

Also, to rise higher from Muladhara, one must begin to seriously control sexual life and sexual attraction. No kinks, of course. There is an expression: "What is good for a priest is bad for a peasant." What is necessary for a monk is destructive for a layman. But you need to discipline yourself!

A generalized version of sequential work with chakras for beginners

Consider a generalized version of sequential work with chakras for beginners, suitable for most.

In general, in (1) Muladhara as such, there is nothing "terrible". Purified, as previously said, it is responsible for health and reproduction, the main thing is not to "cycle" on it. When meditating on Muladhara, you can use the syllable LAM (ground).

For a smooth transition from Muladhara to Svadhisthana, you can meditate on the lower chakras, while repeating the syllable VAM (water). Its vibration activates the connection of muladhara with svadhisthana and pulls energy into the navel chakra.
And yet, in the Awakened state, muladhara releases the spiritual potential of a person, as a result of which one wants to move higher and higher and higher. So, if you are healthy, energetic and you are irresistibly drawn to engage in spiritual practices, then muladhara shines with a pure red color.
(2)Swadhisthana. As mentioned earlier - "propulsion". By the way, in men, the two lower chakras very often merge into one large one and guide all thoughts from this, of course, you need to get rid of it, that is, in order to move to the third chakra, first you need to select the second one, then open it, and only then move on.
This chakra is already more driven by the mode of passion. Yes, in fact, in the closed state, it is the receptacle of all passions, while in the awakened state it releases creative energy. (Well, old man Sigmund is still right, they laughed in vain).
Physical activity and sports are managed from this center. Thus, in order to most harmoniously reveal svadhisthana, it is necessary to go in for sports with a sacred bias: Tibetan yantra yoga, pranayama, qigong, etc. It is good to practice a yoga complex, only from one tradition, for example, the classical yoga of Patanjali. As well as regular trips to nature, with accompanying meditations. No alcohol, nicotine, and even more drugs.

For a man: It is very important to involve in physical activity all possible and impossible people around. If on a hike, then gather as many like-minded people as possible, organize a football / volleyball / basketball team in the yard. If there is a family, then it is the man who is responsible for the physical form of all household members. The task of a woman is not to shy away from the sports initiatives of a man.
For men, physical austerities in general are very important.
But the girl who "rolls" herself in training on her own initiative does not act entirely in accordance with natural harmony.

Since the activation of this chakra already enhances the influence of rajas, it is advisable to refuse products that have a rajas nature, or at least limit their consumption. These include all stimulants, as well as coffee, tea, tea-mate, chocolate.
Conclusion: if a feeling of goodness slips in your life more and more often, you are emotionally stable, you can express your true feelings to other people, you joyfully jump up in the morning to do exercises, and share your own creative projects with pleasure with others, then you know what it looks like unclouded pure orange color.

(3)Manipura, strength and wealth
It is best activated when a person begins to develop in himself such a quality as generosity. And sincere help to people.
A man develops generosity best when he spends money on a woman, strange as it may sound to you. Moreover, it is worth cultivating in yourself the realization that no matter how much money you spend on this particular woman, if she is not your wife, i.e. if you are not fully responsible for her well-being and for her actions, then this woman does not owe you anything in return.
A woman develops generosity when she distributes food she has prepared and donates her clothes.
Sincere help to people. That is, you do something just like that, just because you enjoy it, and then you immediately forget about what you did for this person.

We note especially: the more you give, the more opportunities arise to do this. And the happier and happier you feel.

While meditating on the Manipura Chakra, you can repeat the syllable RAM(fire).
So, if your income is constantly growing simply because they want it so much, you are happy to come to the rescue of anyone who needs this help (within reason, of course), if you treat complete strangers with ice cream to children and give flowers to girls. And if you “suddenly” discovered in yourself such qualities as mercy and compassion. And then suddenly, again, for no reason, all your fantasies become material, and you become a brilliant organizer and excellent manager (even at the level of your own apartment), which means you also mastered the yellow color.
By opening Manipura, a person gets access to his karma and the ability to change it.

(4)Anahata. Heart chakra. As mentioned above, this is a more serious step. It’s not so easy to “climb” it, as a rule, you need outside help.
The heart chakra is a conductor of pure energy of love, therefore, it is necessary to work in this direction. Sincere service, generosity, mercy and compassion developed in the previous chakra are the basis for the development of this potential.

There are special techniques that help open this chakra (for example, meditation on wishing everyone well). You need to cultivate love in yourself. Moreover, love is not in order to receive love in return, but unconditional love. Just because you have so much of this feeling that sharing love becomes a natural need. And love exists only to be given. It is so priceless that there is nothing to exchange it for. Whatever “gift” you are offered for your love, there will always be little, because this is the only force that holds this world and there is nothing stronger than it. And there is nothing more beautiful.

Modern society, again, came up with a fairy tale, very much replicated today, according to which the two saw each other, fell in love and lived happily ever after. That doesn't happen. Love is a very serious work and severe austerity.
And if suddenly someone, by karma, is lucky to connect with a person who will love him the same way, then an energy circuit of incredible power is organized that can do a lot.
One of the main conditions of love is the complete acceptance of a person. And here again, the law works - from the opposite. Learn to fully accept a person with all his virtues, shortcomings, leaps and frills, and you will automatically feel love for this person. Each person in the immediate environment has someone (friend / girlfriend, brother or sister, mom, dad, grandmother, grandfather), someone is sure to have someone for whom a person feels love. You need to take this feeling as a standard and start applying it to other people. Difficult but real.
It's best to start with your parents. Because our love and hatred for our parents is the basis of our nature. Until you figure out your feelings about those who gave birth to you, you will not be able to love anyone completely: "in sorrow and joy, wealth and poverty, and until death do us part."

The scheme of work on anahata is approximately the following:
1. You find for yourself a reference feeling of love.
2. Admit to yourself that you love your parents (resolving an internal conflict).
3. Suddenly it turns out that you love yourself too!
4. Start working on accepting people from your inner circle.
5. Discover the source of universal love in yourself.
6. You direct the flow of love outward.

While meditating on the heart chakra, repeat the syllable YAM (air). As often as possible, fill the surrounding space with snow-white energy from a source located in the region of the heart chakra.
Well, if as a result of all your efforts you gained wisdom and inner strength, brought the male and female energies of your body into balance, became a source of inspiration for others, and in your presence people find peace and joy. If you have managed to harmonize energy and intention, communicate with higher beings by phone, are filled with compassion for all living things, and for you there is an inexhaustible source of creative inspiration. Also, you control your karma, but it doesn’t control you… — it means that you have mastered the healing energy of green color and can continue to “train as an advanced one”.

(5)Vishuddha. Throat. As noted earlier, this is the first stage of enlightenment of the mind.
To activate vishuddha, you need to spend as much time as possible creative activity(Through creativity, man fulfills his main destiny, since God created man in his own image and likeness - the creator).
And also practice spiritual practices: prayers, mantras and meditations. Moreover, at this stage there is a transition from sound repetition to silent meditation.
When meditating on the chakra, you can pronounce the syllable HAM(akasha, ether) and visualize the golden light. Vibrations when pronouncing a syllable should be concentrated in the throat area, of course.
In general, sadhana, sadhana, and once again sadhana. (Practice, practice, and again practice) It is advisable to perform Sadhana twice a day: in the morning after waking up, before exercising, and in the evening, after exercising, before going to bed.
You probably want to ask a question here: “When will you live ?!” Let your life be your practice.
Conclusion: as soon as people begin to look at you as a source of light, and the sound of your voice becomes enchanting music for them, and you become an inexhaustible source of creative energy for yourself and others, then a significant part of the way has been done.

Let's add a little about the heart chakra. The practice of wishing everyone happiness is very effective. First, wish happiness to all your loved ones, then to all enemies, to everyone who did you bad, and to whom you did bad, and then to all distant and unfamiliar. Very good for clearing the heart chakra. Best done in the morning.

(6)Ajna. Third Eye.
Ajna syllable AUM.
It is activated and developed with the help of yoga. By yoga is meant a system of yogas: yoga of consciousness, yoga of nutrition, yoga of subtle bodies, yoga for the development of the physical body.

(7)Sahasrara. Opened with Yoga and Regular Meditation During meditation, it is best to use an individual mantra. Sometimes it is given by teachers, more often it comes spontaneously in a dream or during meditation on Ajna.

And in conclusion, we want to touch on such a question - to share or not to share?
Many people ask themselves: to pass on the acquired knowledge to others, or only to develop oneself in order to devote more time to independent practice, and “kick off” the suffering? On this occasion, Buddhism even split into two schools. Mahayana and Hinayana. In Buddhism, the Mahayanas believe that the Teaching should be brought to people, and every spiritual person must pass on the Teaching to as many people as possible in his life. In Hinayana, on the contrary, they believe, roughly speaking, that the microcosm and macrocosm are one and the same, and by transforming yourself, you change the entire universe. The truth is most likely somewhere in the middle.

And if you want to delve deeper into this topic, then the information on working with the chakras is fully contained, for example, in the Shiva Samhita.

In the body of each person there are energy centers that are responsible for the manifestation of certain abilities and have a great influence on life, the sensual and emotional sphere of the individual.

If one of the chakras is closed or poorly developed, a person feels it - he cannot be realized in any area of life, or emotionally, that is, some traits that many attribute to character are missing.

In fact, a person's chakras can be stimulated by knowing their location and techniques for opening them. This can be done with simple methods at home, or you can develop the chakras through meditation, mantras and other practices. In the article we will consider the simplest and most effective ways.

The meaning of the word chakra

The vitality of the human physical body is supported by energy. In addition to the visible and tangible dense, each of the living has an energy body. It is made up of:

  • chakras (energy whirlwinds of a certain localization and frequency);
  • nadis (channels for moving the main energy flows);
  • aura (a field of energy penetrating and surrounding the physical body).

The word "chakra" is borrowed from Sanskrit, where it means "wheel, circle."

Bioenergetics depicts chakras as continuously rotating discs or funnels formed by the energies of various high frequency vibrations. The direction of movement of energy flows in neighboring chakras is opposite. With ordinary physical vision, they can be seen in Kirlian photographs that capture the electromagnetic field of living organisms.

Energy chakras in the human body

These mobile bundles of energy, like antennas, perform two main functions:

  • capture, hold, transform the energies of the surrounding space and the individual himself;
  • redistribute and radiate the energies of the physical body, spirit, mind and emotions.

In Hindu traditions, these energy formations are depicted as a lotus flower of various colors with an unequal number of petals. In accordance with the frequency of energy vibrations, they are painted in the colors of the rainbow spectrum - from red (first, lower) to purple (seventh, upper chakra).

The first five chakras are associated with the five basic elements:

  • earth (red, muladhara);
  • water (orange, svadhisthana);
  • fire (yellow, manipura);
  • air (green, anahata);
  • ether (blue, vishuddha).

The activity of certain chakras determines the temperament, character, abilities of the individual, the palette of his feelings. The activation of a certain energy center increases the potential of its capabilities, often opening up new, non-traditional abilities - siddhis (Skt.)

Projecting the etheric body onto the physical, we can say that the chakras are located along the spine. They are connected to each other by sushumna - a single energy channel, the projection of which on a dense plane is the spine.

Some of the yogic directions claim the connection of the chakras with the endocrine glands and plexuses of nerves. Consequently, the state of these energy vortices directly affects the areas of the brain and spinal cord responsible for the functioning of the endocrine system.

Age at which chakras begin to function

The functioning of each of the seven fundamental chakras determines different aspects of human realization. Their imbalance leads to diseases that eventually manifest themselves on the physical plane. It is known that all the subtle bodies of a person are inextricably linked with the physical.

There is an opinion about the consistent opening of the chakras with age. Based on this,

  • muladhara begins to function from the age of 7;
  • svadhisthana from 14;
  • manipura from 21;
  • anahata from the age of 28.

The triple of lower energy vortices ensures the existence of the physical and etheric body of the individual, feeds his instincts and materialistic aspirations.

The upper ones, starting with vishuddha, have a direct connection with the astral body of a person. The energy frequency of their vibrations coincides with the lower limit of this body.

Chakra Properties

The word "chakra" in Sanskrit means literally "wheel, circle". Chakra is compared to a flower that has its own color, with many petals. The flower can be compressed, closed, folded into a bud, or it can bloom and open wide. The chakra can be coiled, but strong and strong, or it can be small and inconspicuous.

Chakras are a kind of antennas that receive and transmit inherent energies. The energy flow from the Earth through the lower chakras goes to the higher ones. Simultaneously with the flow of the Earth, under certain conditions, we are able to receive the energy flow of the Cosmos through the upper chakra, which flows to the lower chakras.

Chakras exist and develop in everyone. In ordinary people, they are in a passive state, but, like all living things, they have a tendency to develop and gradually become more active. There are many special practices and exercises that contribute to the rapid opening and activation of the chakras.

  1. In a healthy person, the chakras usually work to absorb energy.
  2. In a patient or in a critical situation, they can work to release energy.

The doctrine of the chakras is the basis of most schools of extrasensory perception, but since we are dealing with an underexplored area, there are many disagreements between different schools on this issue.

  • The chakras are associated with special properties of the human personality and behavior, that is, positive and negative character traits, its various abilities, and the activation of certain sense organs.
  • Chakras are directly connected with certain physical organs of a person, therefore each of the chakras is characterized by a certain effect on the general condition of a person.
  • The chakras are associated with the areas of the brain and spinal cord that control the endocrine system - the endocrine glands that produce hormones.
  • With a certain adjustment of the body, each hormone causes the appearance of superpowers of its type.

The main functions of the chakras are: providing the physical body with energy, connection with the corresponding subtle bodies, and hence with the corresponding Plans of Existence, the psychological interaction of a person with the environment, the fulfillment by a person of his tasks.

Types and description of chakras

In total, a person has 7 main energy centers. Their schematic arrangement is shown in the figure.

To understand what is required for the opening of the chakras, you need to know the purpose of each energy center. Let's briefly talk about the meaning of each of them, and about when disclosure is necessary.

Muladhara makes you survive

The physical body is animal nature. The body is connected to the earth, and the function of the first chakra is to survive. Muladhara contains the primordial instincts: to eat, to dress, to hide, to defend. Sexual desire at this level is primitive - the desire to procreate, like in animals.

A developed mulakhara helps to connect with the earth in the global sense of the word. If you arrive at a new place and feel strong energy, it means that the place charges you, and you will receive even more energy. There are places that take away energy. They must be avoided.

How to understand if a chakra is balanced?

  1. If you constantly feel danger, then this is the first sign of imbalance.
  2. The threat of loss of shelter, restrictions on food or clothing are what will make the muladhara manifest so strongly that you cannot even think of anything else.
  3. When you are very hungry, you will no longer be interested in whether you like the dish, you will eat it with great pleasure.
  4. That's how powerful the first chakra is - it turns off all your whims just to keep you alive.

The imbalance of the first chakra is a constantly generated fear of a lack of vital things. While you are producing this fear, you can forget about working on the rest of the chakras. It is impossible to think about music when the stomach is empty.

The endless search for safety is not an option. But, by the way, that's what we do - we are constantly looking for security. You can stock up on food for several months in advance, buy an expensive alarm system, save money to the point of absurdity. When protection goes beyond reason, you can be sure that your fear controls you.

No external defenses will help you allay this fear. You need to work with the realization that you are always under the protection of higher powers. Achieve this by searching for inner peace, prayer, meditation. The belief that higher powers will protect you, no matter what, inspires you so much that you calm down internally and can already act further.

Svadhishthana teaches pleasure

The second orange chakra is the search for pleasure. It governs the desire to be liked, to maintain one's attractiveness, to feel and experience a range of emotions. Feelings are her professional area.

If muladhara is focused on maintaining life, then svadhishthana requires that you also enjoy it.

When the chakra is out of balance, you will not only seek rewarding experiences, but you will also experience sensations that destroy you.

  • The danger lies in the fact that svadhishthana is always hungry. She is insatiable and so are you.
  • In the red chakra - it is fear, in the orange - gluttony.
  • You can easily cross the fine line from love to lust, from enjoying food to gluttony, etc.

Salvation is in the management of pleasures. Learn to immerse yourself in pleasures in order to be fed up with them, to feel the pleasure of every cell of the body, otherwise it will turn into a destructive addiction. When the chakra is balanced, any experience turns into sensual pleasure, which means there is something to wake up for.

Svadhishthana is the place of addictions. It is impossible to fight with them, but it is also impossible to put up with them, otherwise total destruction. Meditation allows you to accept destructive desires, fully aware of them.

One of the traps of addiction is unawareness. Pleasure without it plunges you into bliss, a dream from which you don’t want to get out. You don't give up a pleasant experience, but you don't become a slave to it, rather, you are in co-creation with it.

If the state of your second chakra is unbalanced, then you will always seek pleasure, but this run will not end in any way, because you will not reach the goal - feeling. Problems with excessive absorption of destructive substances or actions always indicate an imbalance in svadhishthana.

Excessive expressiveness and irascibility with negative consequences for oneself and others is another manifestation of imbalance.

Manipura empowers

The third chakra is where principles and beliefs are born. With their help, the power of influencing oneself and others in a certain key of life is accumulated. It is Manipura who says "no" or "yes" if you are offered a new solution. An inability to refuse or agree is a sure sign of a chakra imbalance.

  • The influence of the outside world is limitless, but a developed manipura protects you from aggressiveness. With a developed will, you will not be led by those who dream of enslaving you.
  • The development of self-control is the main direction of work with the yellow chakra. It depends on it whether you will be able to stop in pleasure and whether you can survive as a person under pressure.

The imbalance of manipura threatens either with excessive use of one's strength, or with weak will.

  1. In the first case, you drive yourself into the framework of constant combat readiness, expecting a new trick from life.
  2. In the second, you will follow the lead of others, because of which you will lose your own guidelines.

For the yellow chakra, the danger is adrenaline addiction, when you constantly assert yourself, achieve small aggressive victories and this generates a constant rush of adrenaline. The hormone causes a powerful surge of energy and now you can no longer do without this dope. Meanwhile, close people suffer next to you, and you yourself cannot find your place in life while you are fighting with people who are unequal in energy.

Anger

Anger is something you have to deal with. He will very often interfere with your attempts to balance.

  1. As for the second extreme point of imbalance - weak will - the role of the victim is also fatal.
  2. You constantly feel guilty, you cannot refuse, you curry favor with others in order to stay in your place.
  3. A sense of helplessness rules your life, and with such baggage, goals cannot be realized.
  4. If you want to be good to everyone and always, then you need to work with the third chakra.

Finding this delicate balance between excessively strong will and its complete absence is possible only within oneself. Listen to your heart when you are trying to figure out whether you need to push or, on the contrary, let go of the reins. If you rely on logical principles, you will fall into a trap. No one will tell you how to do it right, these answers are always inside.

Anahata will ask you to love

Until now, at the level of the three chakras, we have felt our loneliness. Birth in the material world, the search for pleasure and the manifestation of the will to bend, in the good sense of the word, your life line. At the level of the green chakra of love, we feel unity with the world.

Love is the driving force that directs a person to get what he has planned. Only if you turn off fear and let love rule the mind, you can achieve the goal.

  • If you manage to find balance at the level of the fourth chakra, you will thereby balance the material and spiritual aspects of your life.
  • Anahata is the meeting place of collective and personal consciousness.

There is nothing selfish in true love, it is the love of a mother for a child - to give everything and not demand something in return. Awakened anahata allows you to rejoice in the little things, realizing the big.

Love

When you are driven by love, you no longer see the surrounding enemies, you no longer defend yourself, but seek co-creation.

  1. Signs of an imbalance in the fourth chakra are sentimentality.
  2. It is very easy for such people to break their hearts, and this divides them.
  3. There is no balance in the desire to give, secretly wanting a good relationship in return.

When love becomes a need, you forget your own source of love and look for it in others. But this is a road to nowhere. Even if all the people of the world tell about their love for you, you will still be hungry, because true love is only inside.

You can work with the green chakra through meditation, but look around - how many situations teach you balance. They play with you on sympathy, force you to open up, lose trust, feel abandoned. Going through trials and not getting angry is the path to balance in the area of the heart chakra.

Vishuddha says: create

The sky blue chakra teaches creativity. It is not necessary to be an artist or connect life with show business in order to reveal the original potential in yourself. You can be a machinist, but by truly loving your work, you will bring something new and important to it - you will make a small discovery.

This is a way to tell the world about your Self and manifest it. But none of this can be achieved if you deny your own uniqueness.

  • The inability to manage the fifth chakra leads to stagnation of energy and this destroys all potential. Anxiety, nervousness, lack of control - all these are concomitant factors of wasted energy.
  • Creation is the ability to ride energy and express yourself in a piece of clay. If you feel that "it" is fine, you have succeeded. When you cope with the flow of energy, you are illuminated, inspiration comes and the Universe writes books through you, plays music, improves the life of the planet and not in order to live safer, but because it is good.

Creativity is always there. Thoughts, ideas - all this hangs over you right now and is just waiting for you to grab onto and materialize something beautiful. But the purpose of the fifth chakra is not only to create for the sake of pleasure, but to encourage others to take quantum leaps of consciousness. When you lead by example, it infects people to do the same. The collective consciousness moves through the Cosmos on the way of its development with such small steps when you make something beautiful.

Space

This is why work that is not enjoyable breeds unhappiness. You are not following your own path, you are not doing what you would like, what you are striving for. This is your Self telling you that it's time to turn on the right road.

  1. The imbalance of the fifth chakra is the indulgence of the established, when you need to take the next step.
  2. This is a humble agreement with your father when he orders you to study law, and you secretly dream of writing poetry.
  3. You need to understand that you can and that the Universe will not leave you without support if you go your own way, so scary at first glance, untrodden and probably dangerous, but that's the beauty of it.

Ajna knows there is magic

The blue chakra will never agree with the gray reality. She sees all the creativity, knows how much amazing is hiding around and constantly reminds you of this. The imbalance is read in the desire to go into the world of dreams, to reach heights not in this reality, leaving the material world unattended.

We will always strive to see God, this cannot be taken away from us, but if we make fanatical zeal out of aspiration, then a bias arises and now you are not serving God at all.

The main task of ajna is to discipline the spiritual will. In some ways, this is similar to the development of the will at the level of the third chakra, but there you work with the material world, and here - with the spiritual one.

Spiritual will is the ability to control reality. You materialize what you want exactly at this level, controlling higher matters. To be able to direct your creative energy mentally is a great art, this is real magic.

For most people, their own imagination is the real enemy, a very dangerous one. You yourself probably know that bad things will surely follow, and these are all programs that you launch with your own creative energy.

By reaching the development of the third eye, you influence reality. Do not think that it is so inaccessible, it is only unconscious, but everyone has it in one way or another. So, having this power, but suffering from fears, you can do those other things.

Sahasrara - pure spirituality

The seventh chakra is cosmic energy, the intention of incarnation.

The danger of imbalance destroys the minds of people. It is said that enlightened people who stumble or want to achieve results too quickly end up in psychiatric hospitals. This once again proves that you need to move forward, listening to the heart and the Higher Mind, and not to your own ego.

  • Having achieved balance at the level of the seventh chakra, one can hear God within oneself, and this is an eternal and pure source of correct answers, fearlessness and the true path.
  • It makes no sense to talk too much about the development of this chakra; achieving the balance of the sahasrara lies in balancing the previous six chakras.

So, the human chakras and their opening and purification is not only meditation and reading mantras, but also work with life situations, self-development, every new decision made. The better you understand your everyday life, the calmer you become internally.

Chakra work for the lazy

To activate and purify the energy of the subtle body, surround yourself with certain symbolic objects and bring into your mind the belief that they really have the ability to purify and energize. You can call it the placebo effect or self-hypnosis - the main result.

The method is ideal for real sloths, it definitely stimulates them to start the process of updating from making changes to the outside world. After all, a person has the ability to both create and absorb the energy of the outside world and the surrounding objects of everyday life. Let's start!

Cloth

Wear solid colors in the color of the chakra and with its symbolic image. It is not necessary to do this daily. You can simply prepare a separate wardrobe for yoga and meditation.

infoprivorot.ru

Interior

Fill your home with items associated with the chakras, enlightenment, life force- paintings, dream catchers, mandalas, pleasant fabrics, carpets.

crystals

Each chakra has its own stone, corresponding to its color and energy.

  • The first chakra is jasper;
  • the second is carnelian;
  • the third is a tiger's eye;
  • the fourth is malachite;
  • fifth - aquamarine;
  • sixth - amethyst;
  • the seventh is rock crystal.

If the body does not accept the crystal, this is evidence of the unsatisfactory work of the energy center.

sacred images

Henna drawings depicting oriental symbols allow you to get closer to peace, tune in to work with inner feelings, experiences, delusions.

You can draw them yourself, ask friends for help, or apply chakra symbols with special stamps.

Food

It is impossible to open all human energy centers without proper nutrition capable of filling with exceptionally correct energy. The vegetarian diet of Indian monks is the best way to cleanse.

Fragrances

Surround yourself with pleasant smells, buy a lamp for aromatic oils, special sticks.

Choose fragrances according to the energy centers you are working on:

They can be attributed to interior items and the method of aromatherapy, but I put them in a separate category because of the fire present in them. A flame lit during reflection or meditation will surely bring peace, fill you with new strength and become a symbol of working with chakras.

Sounds

Listening to monotonous music will make it easier to fall into a trance state and stop the flow of thoughts.

It can be a recording of monks singing mantras, the sound of a shaman tambourine, singing metal bowls, or any other melody that helps to separate from the material world, to feel deep feelings.

Opening the chakra through meditation and practice

How to open the chakras yourself with the help of pranayama

If you are interested in how to open the chakras yourself, pranayamas will be useful to you. These are special breathing exercises practiced by yogis. Their peculiarity lies in the fact that they are aimed not only at the physical, but also at the subtle, energy body of a person.

To work with the chakras, square pranayama is traditionally practiced.

  • Starting position - lotus, half lotus, sitting in Turkish or Siddhasana.
  • You need to breathe with full yogic breathing, inhale for four counts, hold your breath on inhalation for four counts, exhale for four counts, immediately after it, inhale again.
  • Each of the energy centers has one respiratory cycle. The exercise is repeated three times.

Starting from the lower energy center, the Muladhara chakra, one should concentrate the energy at the appropriate points. At the same time, it is necessary to feel in their area what corresponds to the activation and disclosure of each of them:

  1. Muladhara - warmth, sometimes a slight heat.
  2. Svadhisthana - each person can describe the feeling of working on Svadhisthana in his own way. Sometimes it is just a feeling of warmth, and sometimes something similar to sexual arousal.
  3. Manipura - pulsation, similar to the pulse.
  4. Anahata - the pulsation of the heart becomes louder and more distinct.
  5. Vishuddha - warmth and pulsation.
  6. Ajna - pulsation behind the frontal bone, a feeling of fullness.
  7. Sahasrara - pulsation in the upper part of the skull.

Square pranayama can be done in combination with other yoga exercises, such as cleansing breathing and many others. To some extent, all pranayamas have a positive effect on the state of energy, like most yoga techniques, they are aimed not only at the development of the physical body. Yoga for the development of the chakras is useful for both the body and the spirit.

Opening chakras using yantras

One of the answers to the question of how to harmonize the chakras and contribute to their opening can be yantras. Each energy center of a person corresponds to a certain yantra - a sacred geometric symbol. Yantras are used by Buddhists in meditation.

  1. Using them is very easy - you can open the image on a computer, or you can print it, or buy a higher quality image in an esoteric store.
  2. For about 15 minutes, you should contemplate the chakra symbolism, abandoning extraneous thoughts.
  3. You can combine work with yantras with breathing exercises.

Each chakra corresponds to certain problems in life, and contemplating the yantras, you can get rid of them. Muladhara Yantra will help get rid of fear, anxiety and paranoid tendencies. In addition, it awakens the Kundalini energy and has a beneficial effect on other points of energy concentration.

  • Contemplation of the Swadhisthana yantra allows you to work out problems in the sexual sphere on a subtle level. But this does not mean that you will get rid of them completely.
  • Manipura Yantra energizes and tones the body. It is useful to use it before complex rituals that require a lot of energy. This yantra helps to fight diseases with the forces of the body, tune in to difficult work and increase working capacity.
  • Anahata Yantra helps in developing the ability to give and receive love. It has a beneficial effect on this point, cleansing and opening it. This helps to perceive the world as less hostile, as well as learn to communicate with people, while enjoying it.
  • Yantra Vishuddhi develops Creative skills, and it is not only about self-expression through art. It could be an innovative business idea or fresh housekeeping solutions. In addition, one who contemplates the Vishuddhi yantra will learn to express his thoughts clearly and will find harmony with the Universe.

  • Sri Yantra is formed by the mutual intersection of triangles in two directions: four points upward, symbolizing the masculine principle, and five points downward, symbolizing the feminine principle.
  • Contemplation of the Ajna yantra can open the ability to clairvoyance. People who are interested in the development of spirituality or dream of becoming psychics cannot do without it. Yantra has a beneficial effect not only on the state of Ajna, but also on the human energy system as a whole.
  • There is Sri Yantra, which is considered universal when working with energy. Her image contains the symbolism and colors of all human energy centers. Contemplation of this yantra has a beneficial effect on the subtle body and energy flows of a person.

How to open the chakras - work on yourself

Few people know how to harmonize the chakras without oriental attributes, meditations and yoga techniques. This can be done simply by working on yourself, eliminating your own shortcomings and getting rid of psychological problems.

  • Traditionally, work on energy recovery begins with bottom point, Muladhara.
  • Only after you complete the work completely, you can move on to the next energy center located above.

As a rule, conscientious work with one chakra takes at least a week.

Muladhara is blocked by fear. In order to remove the block, you need to look your fear in the eye and overcome it. Deal with your fears and let them go.

Svadhisthana blocks the feeling of guilt. Listen to yourself and you will find this hidden feeling. Analyze it, understand what situation your fault is connected with. Think about the situation, forgive yourself and let go of the feeling you don't need.

Manipura is blocked by prejudice. Analyze your worldview and say goodbye to them.

Anahata requires positive thinking, learning compassion and love for people, developing kindness and cordiality.

Vishuddha is blocked by lies. Learn to tell the truth, do not deceive yourself and other people. This does not mean that you have to share your secrets. You can refuse to talk about anything you wish to keep private. Either shut up or tell the truth.

Ajna is blocked as a result of living in illusions and not accepting yourself or any situations that have happened in your life. Learn to properly evaluate yourself and your capabilities. See the world as it is without creating illusions.

Sahasrara is blocked by excessive attachment to the material. But this does not mean that you should throw away all things and go to the monastery.

  1. If you have lost a thing or value that is dear to you, let it go in peace.
  2. No need to get depressed because of a broken phone or money loss.
  3. Think about how you could avoid this in the future, do not focus on the negative.

How to unblock chakras through meditation

So, how to open the chakras through meditation and energy exercises?

  1. The first thing to learn - stop internal dialogue. This skill comes with practice.
  2. The second is visualization, without which it is very difficult to work with energy flows at the initial stages. It is better to work with one energy point, after eliminating problems with it, move on to another.

The easiest way to work with a person's chakras and open them up is to channel the energy into the chakra for it to grow and heal. This is done in the process of meditation. Sit in a comfortable position and imagine the movement of energy into the area where there are problems.

If you have problems with the supply of personal forces, for which Manipura is responsible, you need a source of energy.

  • For believers who have direct relationship to the Christian egregore, the church is best suited.
  • It is quite possible to meditate in a church, the rest of those present will think that you are reading a prayer to yourself.
  • In this case, you need to ask God for energy for healing and growth of the chakras.
  • You can go to another place of power, which may be a river bank, a forest, and other places that make you sympathetic. In this case, you need to ask for the help of the forces of nature.

Mental conversation with the chakra is also a type of meditation. Take a comfortable position and visualize the energy node with which you will communicate. Try to feel it. It can be warm or slightly cool, sometimes there is a vibration, there are other sensations - the main thing is that they be. After that, tell the chakra about your desires, plans for the future. Put only positive emotions into this monologue.

During meditation, you can chant and listen to mantras. There are special mantras for the chakras that help in their cleansing and opening. These are healing sounds that have a positive effect on a person’s well-being in a subtle way.

The stones and scents associated with each chakra will also be helpful and should not be underestimated. Music for harmonizing the chakras, as experts say, helps a lot in such meditations.

Asanas for opening the chakras

Each chakra has its own particular asana.

Newcomers to the world of yoga are often eager to find special to open the chakras. In fact, all asanas and pranayamas contribute to the development of the subtle body of a person. Yoga is aimed at improving and developing both the physical body and the energy structure, and even the growth of spirituality.

However, there are still asanas that correspond to the seven chakras of a person. They are performed strictly according to the instructions written by the author with a good reputation. During the performance of such asanas, it is necessary to concentrate on the chakras to which they correspond:

  1. Muladhara - Bandrasana, or butterfly pose.

Cleansing the chakras yourself - a selection of methods

Cleaning the chakras yourself with the help of hands can be carried out if you already have such experience. Usually such methods are used by healers and psychics. You must be able to feel the energy with your hands, which comes with experience for almost everyone. In order to cleanse the chakras, you need to feel with your hands the area where the negative is located, and extract it by scattering it in the air or sending it to the ground.

Chakra cleansing with runes is extremely popular. The method is relatively simple, since it does not require the ability to see auras or feel the energy of a person. But here experience in working with runes is desirable, and it is the use of runes in magic that is meant, and not divination on them.

The runic becoming "Chakra Pillar" quite quickly and gently removes blocks from the chakras - both those formed by the person himself, and those that appeared as a result of damage and other magical interventions. But there is also a drawback - this becoming will remove the protection if you set it, as well as the influence of other staves, recently performed rites, and much more.

How to use runes to cleanse the chakras?

  1. Staves can be glued with plaster on the chakra areas and drawn with a marker or henna.
  2. You can apply runes on a photo of a person who needs to clean the chakras.
  3. If unpleasant physical symptoms are present during the cleansing, this means that there are serious blockages in the chakras.
  4. These symptoms should not be scary, they indicate the beginning of cleansing and unblocking of energy centers.

In general, the development of the chakras is available to everyone. This process will not require much effort from you. There are techniques developed by Indian yogis and sages that will help you make progress. In order to get rid of the blocks, the chakras must be cleansed using runes or other methods. Cleansing and opening of the chakras is necessary for both a novice magician and an ordinary person who is concerned about his energy health.

Chakra restoration

For a person, healthy chakras are of great importance, therefore, if damaged, they need to be restored and sometimes even treated. Remember that this is of no small importance.

  • Stand facing east, relax, focus on your breathing.
  • Draw the following picture in your head: your body is surrounded by an energy cocoon with two openings - from below and from above.
  • Picture in your mind an energy beam that enters through the bottom and penetrates the body through the feet, reaching Muladhara. Stop, feel the warmth and pulsations in it.
  • Feel - the energy rises, stop at each center and mentally activate it.
  • The energy beam must destroy all blocks encountered on the way.
  • Pay attention to your feelings, feel how the energy spreads through the body, saturating each of its organs with warmth.

Your task is the unimpeded movement of energy to the Sahasrara itself. Many people draw pictures in their head of, so to speak, unnecessary items, perceiving them as a certain problem or failure. Imagine that all the negativity destroys the energy beam.

Exercises for opening the chakras, their purification and harmonization contribute to a positive perception of the world, health, mental stability, the ability to overcome difficulties without destroying oneself. But all this is possible only with the use of proven techniques and a great desire to know yourself and look for your own path.

I'm sure most of you know what chakras are, where they are located, and, accordingly, what colors.

Probably, many of you have done a bunch of different meditations and techniques for developing the chakras, and perhaps they helped someone. But we often forget what the chakras represent? For example, the sexual chakra is creativity, the solar plexus chakra is interaction with society, the heart chakra is love, openness, trust, the throat chakra is self-expression, the third eye chakra is intuition, etc.

What do you think needs to be done in order to develop these energy centers most effectively and broadcast it to the outside world? Meditation is a wonderful and necessary way, but you can sit in a meditative state for a very long time and not get any results. Everything is really simple! Let me tell you an example from my life.

I, too, once worked hard with my chakras, trying to dissolve blocks, sitting in meditation for hours, but in the outside world everything was in vain, until I started working with them using the tools that exist in the outside world. Only at that moment it was unconscious. Then I was engaged in many interesting things, I wanted to try everything, to know, in a sense to catch up, to embody the desires from my childhood. I went to belly dancing, Zuko (Latin couple dances), yoga, martial arts, worked in an online toy store as a manager (fantastic sphere), but the main activity in my work was communication with people (customers and store employees). While doing all this, I began to notice that I was becoming more open and liberated. If earlier it was difficult for me to communicate with people, and I closed myself off from them, now I got great pleasure from communication, and at that moment my heart radiated incredible warmth that came out of my body!

After oriental dances and yoga, I began to feel more feminine and liberated in terms of expressing myself. The strong tension in the lower abdomen has gone, the pain has stopped. I felt warmth and relaxation there, my movements became more measured, smooth and soft. After Latin dances, I began to trust men more and understand them. The essence of these dances is that a woman in a couple completely trusts a man, allows him to lead herself in the dance and her task is to relax and follow the movements of her partner. This greatly influenced my attitude towards the opposite sex and had a very beneficial effect on my personal life.

I also realized that I was afraid to speak my mind. They visited thoughts, what if I say something wrong or do something wrong. And what will others think of me, etc. I had a thyroid problem for a very long time. There was a lump in my throat and it caused discomfort. After realizing, I began to learn to express my own point of view, to defend my interests in a conversation, without thinking about who would think what. Over time, the lump seemed to dissolve and even the voice changed a little. Many complexes are gone.

There was another interesting story. Once in the summer, my friend and I were walking around Moscow at night. We walked until the morning ... just because we wanted to ... We went to a cafe, sat there for a while and went for a walk again. It was great to just go without thinking where and why you are going. You just go and that's it ... (very unloads the brain). And then dawn came, and Moscow began to wake up. Someone was walking somewhere from somewhere, immersed in thoughts, someone was already starting their working day ... In general, we suddenly wanted to just say to these people: "Good morning! Thank you for being so good and wonderful! Thank you for everything you do!"... And we began to talk to everyone we met. The reaction of surprise, amazement, joy of a person inspired us to do it even more! It was very nice to see the smile of the women workers of the subway, who in the morning with a half-asleep and drooping expression began their working day and after our words their face lit up with a genuine luminous smile! With each of our appeals to the people we met, it caused more and more states of happiness, joy and love in our heart and body! In some way it was a practice, but at that moment it was just a call of our heart, coming from the soul! After this walk, I came home and went to bed, and when I woke up, I felt lightness in my chest, in my heart, in my body, an inner smile and joy. I breathed and spoke easily after that! And I was just happy!

Thus, my work was completed at all levels of my being in a short time. Therefore, if some level in your life is suffering and needs to be worked out, just start developing this level in the outside world. The tools and possibilities are endless! You just have to want. In addition, it is interesting ... the colors of life become bright, other people become interested in you, new acquaintances arise, like-minded people appear! You discover and know yourself in something new. This is wonderful! Just act, learn, experiment! You are doing this for yourself! Good luck and all the best!
